Our client is looking for a young and dynamic Sales Lead in Singapore focussed on FinTech BFSI Sector, who will drive engagement with new and existing client logos, on behalf of our client, to enable the next level of growth.

Summary
The Sales Lead is the pointy end of the spear, responsible for originating and developing new and existing logo business.
The Sales Lead is expected to bring existing and positive relationships in target market domains to our client in Singapore.
The Sales Lead will work within a general sales framework based on Salesforce.
Our focus is on complex, multi-framework sticky client revenue with total contract value in excess of USD$250K with target annual revenues > USD$2million

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the sales & growth for Singapore region across all domains including, but not limited to Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Insurance and Private Banking across Financial Services.
Develop sales and account management strategies to enable the correct level of client engagement in order to generate revenue, margin, large and marquee deals, market share and customer wallet share.
Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities and pipeline.
Build and grow existing Financial Services business and ensure revenue and profitable growth indicators are met.
Proactively create potential for large integrated transformation opportunities across Digital, Business Consulting and Technology.
Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ solutions and offerings.
Partner with presales and global practices as well as domain teams to seed opportunities, roll out proactive propositions and take them to closure.
Responsible for maintaining CXO level relationships with key accounts in the domain and ensuring customer retention.
Well versed with selling IT services and products business offerings and delivery models.
Ability to manage implementation services, application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing and business process consulting.
Travel across the location to meet key clients in person.
Develop partnerships with key Client’ partners to deepen solution offering and collaborate extensively with existing sales and pre-sales team globally.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must have 8+ years relevant experience in the domestic market in an IT services/ consulting business.
Experience of working in a Banking / Financial Services role with deep client relationships in the market.
Sales Experience in Consulting will be an added advantage.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in Fintech or service industry.
Strategic thinking and external market/ customer orientation.
Experience in transformational deals and delivery know how.
Experience in understanding new age service offers in technology world like Cloud, Digital and Automation.
