Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities) · You will champion the company culture across all departments · Project manage the implementation of HR guidelines and monitor compliance · Provide analysis and reports to senior stakeholders · Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies. · Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues · Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. · Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to People Managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) · Works closely with the account leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention · Promote Rewards & recognition programs, retention schemes · Contribute to RFP’s, due diligence and client presentations on HR capability · Provide market intelligence · Develop and Deploy HR Country Strategy Skill Requirements · Customer-focused and detail oriented · Excellent problem solving and judgment skills · Computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project · Fluent in Polish and English · Ability to analyse and strategize · Passionate about people · Excellent organisational and management skills Your Place of work Warsaw
