As a Logistics Domain consultant, your main area of responsibilities are related to Evolutions, Projects, Critical incidents, and will be:
§ Solution Support with good experience In handling MM, SRM and SD
§ Coordinate and ensure the delivery and relevant communication for the critical incidents.
§ Guide team and drive towards solution
§ Do Effort Estimate for Project and evolutions
§ Provide Solution, develop POC if needed
§ Define the functional requirement through business blueprint workshops
§ Identify and ensure the solution consistency with the Core system and SAP best practices
§ Ensure the coordination between all the relevant stakeholders (Business, Expert team, Other suppliers…)
§ Interact with the existing expert team during the instruction phase, estimate validation, and UAT (Quality control) and ensure the coordination related to Integration objects
§ Manage the evolutions and Projects through their respective planning follow up
§ Manage the risk with a dedicated Mitigation plan and shared during the governance meetings
§ Help the offshore team to deliver deliverables on time
§ Front ending with Customer to take requirement, Provide consultancy, and regular updates on evolutions, Projects and critical incidents
§ In case of critical issue Drive client communication to find solution
§ Adhere to defined SLA and KPI
§ Improve productivity in Business process or Automation
§ Continuous Improvement: Realize diagnostics and put in place the best practices
– 6 years experiences minimum
– Graduated from a business school, an engineer or an equivalent (Bac+5).
– Expertise on SAP MM, SRM and SD and is integration with other modules such FICO,
– Experience in Project Management (Minimum of 1 SAP implementation and 2 Support engagements)
– Experience in a distributed Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore)
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Fluent in French and English.
