As Senior Practice Lead, you will have overall responsibility for your Consulting area of expertise in client relationships and sales pursuits, solution architecture, brand promotion, and collateral, asset, and community development.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Client Relationships and Sales Pursuits
o Identify market priorities and provide insight to sales and client leadership.
o Partner with sales and client teams on account strategy and offering planning.
o Partner with sales and client teams to maintain, develop, and expand client relationships.
o Understand the competitor landscape in the practice area.
o Educate internal leaders and external clients on the company’s offerings.
o Identify and review opportunities and prioritize activities to optimize realization of pipeline.
o Participate in sales support as part of and/or leading a pursuit team.
o Articulate job requirements for resources needed, supporting Talent Acquisition and Fulfillment.
o Able to assist with initial project mobilization as needed.
o Support and coach the company’s advisory and delivery teams.
o Drive client solutioning and sales pursuits in the practice area.
o Understand the business challenge and what the client wants to achieve.
o Formulate the solution based on expertise in practice area and company capabilities.
o Identify the value proposition and differentiators.
o Develop the storyline that represents all our capabilities to address the customer problems.
o Represent the company in industry conferences and forums.
o Drive thought leadership in practice area (blogs, points of view, formal campaigns, etc.).
o Participate in webinars, summits, media interviews, etc. representing the company’s practice area.
o Collateral, Asset, and Community Development.
o Develop practice area collateral, offerings, and supporting materials.
o Communicate collateral and offering messaging effectively to the company sales and client teams for qualification discussions.
o Drive development of assets (e. g. tools, accelerators, etc.) and intellectual property (e. g. playbooks).
o Provide guidance to billable consultants in the practice area for professional development.
15 years experiences minimum in consulting practice.
Graduated from a business school, an engineer or an equivalent.
Experience in Business development and SAP solutioning, Program Management with Distributed Delivery across the Globe.
Experience in managing SAP Ecosystem and Network.
Ability to drive transformation and to advise customer.
Experience in team management.
You are fluent in French and English.
You are an expert in SAP.
Strategic thinking: ability to discuss future state scenarios with CTO / CIO.
