Role – Senior Business Analyst
Location – Warsaw, Poland
Type – Permanent, Hybrid (2/3days in office/home)
Work as a Business Analyst on the Agency Lending strategic platform to work with ASL
business and operations to define business and functional requirements for the critical
collateral management and other ASL strategic platform functions;
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for
improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Performing requirements analysis;
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
6+ years of relevant experience using Agile methodologies.
Excellent technical writing skills, capable of producing high quality documents;
Experience owning and proactively managing a project backlog for a large-scale project.
Display good stakeholder management skills
You will have had previous exposure to SDLC methodologies, agile (scrum) preferred;
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Project, Visio;
Knowledge of an agile management tool, e.g. JIRA would be advantageous.
Basic SQL and/or programming skills (Java/.NET) knowledge
