Role: Shopfloort IT Support
Location: Madrid/Getafe, Spain
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Salary: 40k to 50k
English and Spanish is Mandatory
· Manage End-User Incident (support, assist, Apply resolution procedure, train end-users, apply solution procedure )
– Create incident on tools (ifnot created already)
– First analysis in case of Blocking Incident open,
– Search for solution (first analysis) and resolve if possible
– Apply solution procedure / KM article (If KO then escalation to L2/13)
– Or Analyze incident in case of escalation to L2/L3
· Perform End-User, Key-User feedback on Incident resolution (Root-Cause, Delivery Planning for CR).
· Identify /realise improvements.
· Milk-run (to be define plant by plant – ex: industrial PC, machines, robotics)
· Report activities and deliverables to IM Plant Focal Point or Service Manager
