Job Description

Responsible:
Initiate and set goals for delivery teams according to the strategic objectives of the programme
Plan the program deliveries from start to completion in an agile way ensuring we meet our key agreed business milestones
Day to day coordination of deliveries both business facing and technical, managing their implementation in terms of driving engineering activities, timing, costs and resources.
Assist with development and day to day management of programme delivery budgets
Devise strategies to monitor delivery and technology performance and determine the need for and implement required improvements
Supervise all Delivery Leads involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to firm guidelines and internal policies
Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations

Essential skills/competencies:
Proven experience as program/project manager or other leadership role
A genuine Agile practitioner, not evangelist.
Thorough understanding of technology and how it can be used to solve critical business problems
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software (eg Basecamp, MS Project etc.)
A good working knowledge of the Banking industry
An analytical mind-set with great problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills

Jr. Technical Program Manager

Job Description:

· Technical Documentation, manage certification schedules, defect coordinator, tracking service level agreements and risks
· Carry out tasks that involve provisioning and flashing of devices, shipping, logistics planning, and log/report archiving
· Receive, inventory, maintain, prepare, and deliver Carrier Samples of Pixel smartphone devices and related accessories.

Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience in consumer electronics (ideally phones)
· Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically to business stakeholders Not mandatory but nice to have:
· Basic understanding of cellular radio technologies and features such as 2G/3G/4G LTE, VoLTE, 4X4 MIMO, 5G, antenna design, etc.;
· Basic understanding of Android and its architecture;
· Programming experience (Java, C, Bash, Python)

Technical project Manager

Our current antivirus is McAfee ENS/VSE and we have made the choice to switch to Microsoft Defender Through SCCM.

The purpose of the mission is therefore to carry out this operation on the server part for all of our windows servers and to coordinate the execution of this migration on our Datacenter in France (several thousand servers) but also with entities around the globe (150 countries).

Of-course this should be done with at least the same level of security and no impact on hosted applications.

The project is expected to be completed in 2020.

Mission objectives

Responsibilities:
· Managing the overall program
· Co-ordinate with all BV stakeholders across 5 data centresand teams
· Providing the update on the overall progress
· Single Point of contact for BV
· Responsible for solution design and architecture
· The PM profile must be bilingual – English and French.
· 12 Years Experience
· Determine and document the actions needed for this migration
· Set the action plan to deploy SCCM
· Set the action plan for migrating to Defender
· Coordinating and tracking progress with application owners for impacts to be addressed
· Coordinating and tracking progress with other Data Center managers or local servers in all countries
· Measuring progress
· Deliver the final version of the recommendations and agenda

Skill level required to ensure mission quality
– Significant experience on a similar post
– Microsoft SCCM / Defender Antivirus Expertise
– Expertise in McAfee ENS/VSE
– Communication skills, including a very good command of English and French

You may have to rely on an Operation and Security team based in India: experience in project management in an offshore environment would be a plus.
