Weblogic Engineer

Our client are looking for a Weblogic engineer to join an exciting project in Warsaw, Poland.

Skills Needed:

Experience of JDBC, JMS configurations.
Tuning of thread pools, connection pools, IHS, heap size through GC policies.
Good understanding of weblogic configuration and WLST scripts.
Good understanding of thread dumps, heap dumps, core dumps and verbose GC logs.
Good troubleshooting skills for security (SSL), performance, memory and configuration issues.
Understanding of LDAP and its configuration.
Understanding application resource bindings
Understanding deployment descriptors (Application.xml and Web.xml)
Managing business workflow and LDAP issues for federated repositories / virtual realms. Understanding the different requirements of use and nuances.
Setup and understand Security Domains
Setting up SSL certificates. Understanding CA (certificate Authorities), CSRs (Certificate Signing Requests) and how to manage chained certificates. Know how to manage key stores and trust stores via admin console and via scripting. Maybe also learn OpenSSL. Also ikeyman Tool from IBM and GSKit.

You have a strong personality, with the ability to drive the team forward and deliver robust solutions
IBM Mainframe platform knowledge will be an advantage
Self-driven, communicative, team player, good understanding of critical enterprise environments and importance of operational stability
Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills
