Our client is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Lead Consultant, and they are happy to offer either an initial 2 year contract or a Full Time Permanenet Position. This role is an on site role based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Ideall you will have a SuccessFactors Certifications in Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing Certification + any other module (preferred)
Working as the SuccessFactors Recruitment lead you will be responsible for and deliver the following:
A minimum of 5 + years SuccessFactors experience..
A Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Recruitment Module experience, including Gap Analysys & Configuration.
At least 2 end to end SuccessFactors Recruitment Project.
A minimum of 5 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role.
Experience on Career Site Builder / Job Posting.
Hands on knowledge on Job Profile builder, Meta Data Framework technology, building and triggering of rules, OData API exposure, Position Management Integration with RCM.
Integration with different third party vendors for Background verification, Interview set up, Video Interviews, DocuSign.
Custom Integrations with Oracle, SAP or any other ATS system. Integration with Onboarding.
Good understanding of the Recruitment process with experience on working with XMLs of Job Requisition, Application Candidate profile, Offer Detail.
Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they implement
Experience on Standard SuccessFactors Reporting tools: People Analytics, Embedded, Advanced, & Planning with expertise in Report Canvas Reporting around Recruiting.
No less than 10 years HR application implementation/Support experience.
A bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters preferred).
Conduct discovery meetings with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state needs.
Manage the relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors primary face to the customer throughout the process.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
A dedicated customer service attitude.
Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal/no supervision.
Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others.
Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS.
Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience.
Available to work some evenings and/or weekend as needed.
Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements.
Providing support to the integration & interface workstreams to understand business scenarios and required connections between the solution and other applications.
Managing the end to end project lifecycle.
Demonstrate Leadership Skills – Executive Presence.
Good Working experience in Onsite /Offshore Model – Managing the team.
