Must have – Exchange and Powershell Scripting

Experience Required:
· Expert in the use of PowerShell
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and above
· Expert knowledge of Hypervisors Hyper-V 2012 R2 and above and VMware vSphere 5.0 and above in an enterprise environment
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and above
· Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2008 and above (including clustering)
· Expert knowledge of Fibre channel Storage Area Networks, such as DELL Compellent
· Experience of patch management deployment/Windows Software Update Services
· MCSE/MCITP: Enterprise Administrator or Server Administrator/VCP or equivalent IT Qualifications an advantage
· Strong Customer service ethos
Role in Brief:
· The 3rd line Infrastructure Team Leader works as the 1st point of escalation within the 3rd Line Server and Storage Support team. You will be supporting the 3rd Line Engineers and dealing with technical issues passed to you. You are responsible for maintaining the high standards expected from clients purchasing managed services solutions and will be knowledgeable in topics such as servers (physical and virtual), SANs, virtualisation solutions, hosting services (Public and Private Cloud), security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and bespoke managed solutions.
· The 3rd Line Infrastructure Team Leader will have a background working within a busy IT team; experience in designing and implementing technical solutions, supporting large scale physical and virtual server environments. The 3rd Line Infrastructure Team Leader must have strong experience in technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
