· Working experience in DWP and SMART IT ( 19.X , 20.X)
· Strong knowledge in Remedy and doing customization in ITSM modules
· Analyze, validate and fix the issues related to API issue
· REST API Solutioning on the ITSM problem statement
· Good knowledge middleware tools for API transactions
· Strong knowledge in open API standards
· Strong related in API security prescriptive ( OATHU 2, Swagger, JWT token)
· Good Knowledge in scripting languages like JavaScript ,python, PowerShell
· Basic understanding on cloud infrastructure
· Remedy ITSM administration
