Job Description:
· PMI-PBA – CBAP – CCBA SAFE / agile experience: Agile experience is required, but not necessarily SAFe
· Act as IT BA in a Nordic project aimed at replacing an existing Campaign Management system in Denmark and Norway. Travel activity must therefore be expected.
· The candidates should have experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment with a complicated interesting landscape
· Experience level: Lead/Senior candidate with extensive experience as an IT BA and 3-5 years of experience in the CRM area
· Customer Relationship Management, herunder Marketing automation
· Experience with the design and implementation of customer journeys tools
· Atlassian products including especially JIRA and Confluence
· MS Teams and MIRO and of course the entire office package
· BPMN experience or knowledge certifications
