– Overall 8+ years of experience, at least 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
– Proficient in working with business and technology stakeholders to elicit requirements
– Experienced in writing BRDs (business require documents- coding), FSD, User Stories (writing the processes)
– Strong functional knowledge of payments domain – understanding of Real Time Payment flows, Cross border payments
– Strong understanding of SEPA (single euro payment areas) , TARGET2, SWIFT (sending money and transfers easier)
– Good communication skills
