Business Analysts with experience of Telcom BSS (mobile services).
Key Responsibilities:

§ Define the customer journeys enabling channels like web, mobile app, IVR, social media etc. and also define To Be Business processes for mobile B2C customer
§ Interview client stakeholders to gather and write business requirements for large-scale digital projects involving channels like website redesigns, mobile apps, IVR, social media etc.
§ Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to recommend and agree digital journeys
§ Capture requirements in a well-structured form and being able to present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders
§ Analysis of requirements and detailed prioritization against agreed business goals
§ Explain requirements to design and delivery teams to define and deliver the solution.
§ Large portion of the role will be interacting with clients as trusted advisor/business representative and in some cases the business proxy
§ Partner with Design and CX teams to confidently present and prototype new ideas and present to Business
§ Be the interface to customers on technical & commercial change requests
§ Support the testing cycles involved to ensure functional and performance aspects of application are delivered.


o 5 to 10 years Telecom Domain experience in E2E BSS Solutions is required
o Experience in Digital transformation and Customer Experience preferred
o Good understanding of TM Forum Business Process Frameworks, Requirements Management lifecycle and best practices
o Strong knowledge of E2E journeys and processes across customer sales and service
o Hand on experience of working with tools like MS Visio, Blueworks, JIRA, Octane etc.
o Keep an active finger on the pulse of the market and evolving market needs, communicate with external client and to internal stakeholders
o Identifying and managing stakeholders in complex business environment
o Business Analyst experience in BSS for CRM (Salesforce), Billing (SingleView), Online charging (Matrixx) and Channels (Web, App, Contact Centre, Retail) would be an added advantage
