Business Analyst / Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities:
My client Is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid Business Analysis background and in particular with Financial Services industry experience.

In this role you will be the solutions and Process delivery lead of application development and system integration projects using latest technologies like Java EE, Cloud Native Application, DevOps, Microservices, and API Management etc.

You will be supporting the technical team through delivery and pre-sales activities, technical proposal development and solution presentation.

Must have solid Regulatory Experience within the Financial Services Sector.

Able to Lead Technical Quality Assurance in solution development process.

Participate actively in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, and/or other knowledge exchanges. Requirements:

Passionate with new technologies e.g. Blockchain, RPA, FinTech, Cloud, Containers, Microservices etc.

At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, of which at least 1 year of experience in producing architecture and designing application for at least one end to end solutions project.

Having previous working experience in consulting firms or system integration vendors will be a plus

Has good understanding in software development methodologies including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies e.g. Scrum

A good understanding in Cloud/Container technologies would be an advantage

Good in designing architecture to meet specific non-functional requirements Have experience in leading a small team for project implementation

Financial Services/Banking/Insurance Industry project experience will be essential

Good Problem-Solving skill and commercial/engagement support sense

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and or Mandarin)
