Essential Functions / Job Description :
· 8+ years of Experience as a Business / Technical Analyst
· Experience with Agile or SAFe Agile development framework and processes
· Ability to clearly define and articulate processes and requirements
· Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for digging into the details to define use cases, capabilities, and impacts and coordinate delivery through an Agile way of working
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Ability to understand technical product challenges and contribute to defining and communicating solutions
· A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive in a team environment
· Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Visio, Miro, and ADO a plus
· Review existing documentation to understand the basic standards required for the new product
· Identify stakeholders who will be impacted by the new product
· Interview stakeholders or their proxies to determine their requirements
· Generate personas, process flows, user journeys, and story maps
· Capture high-level requirements in a BRD-style document
· Generate Lean Business Case documentation and Epics / Features / User Stories in ADO
· Experienced in SQL query/Microsoft office products
