BA (+Scrum preferably):
Good experience in Insurance business analysis and requirements finalization.
Should have exposure to PnC commercial lines business.
Any knowledge on Commercial Lines insurance risk engineering would be nice to have. But should be able to pick this up faster with good insurance background.
Should be able to drive the teams as Agile Scrum Master.
Expert in team and stakeholder management, should have past experience of working with various groups, internal and external to customer.
Proficient in documentation and status reporting and basic project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
More than 10 + yrs of work experience
