Business Transformation – B2P Blueprinting and Business Readiness
· Reporting to the Business Engagement and Transformation head this role will be responsible for collaborating with various user groups and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives that align to out of the box solution strategy
· Accountable for representing the business owner and leading the business demands from B2P required.
· Working cross functionally with internal technical subject matter experts and business owners of key platforms & processes to ensure end to end Customer Journeys and business requirements are met, in accordance with the newly formed target operating model
· Accountable for Business Readiness & Transformation of tooling ensuring that all requirements of the Business teams across channels, unit functions and Operational partners are met through technical and business transformation.
· Track the High-level Business demand and drive the detail Blueprinting for Products including Prepaid and Pospaid.
· Plan and coordinate business engagement for demand and adoption of new processes with Telco systems
· Evaluates market best practice operating models, technologies and the emerging needs of customers
· Actively contribute through previous experience, best practice and thought leadership towards the goal of creating a cultural shift to the new improved way of working including Blueprinting and Business Readiness.
