Our client is looking for a change management consultant, ideally with both Dutch & French language skills, (or at lease one of language + English).
The role is to drive adoption on IT tools in Business Function and conduct workshops and be change the agent.
You will be responsible developing processes for the client in their Network Domain.
You wil lhave excellent communication skills that will help drive the change management, liasing with the team on a level to help them accept the new changes.
· This role will drive User Adoption and change management within Business Function
· Act as a liaison between IT & Business teams
· The tool is Network Design domain – the Technology & Domain knowhow will be provided by my team
· Change Manager need to have excellent soft skills & need to be good with people
· Duration is around ~3 Months. 5 days a week, at least two days @onsite in Brussels
