Change Management Specialist

Our client, a global company, are looking for a Change Management Specialist to begin a role at Mid September (ASAP). This role will be fully remote for 6 months and you will be offered 50% capacity/2.5 days each week. This will be paid on a daily rate which is flexible depending on experience. The end customer are based in China so fluent Chinese language skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will be a Change Manager with a finance/02C/R2R process background. Our client are moving finance processes from their end customer to the internal consulting team to manage. The role will be to guide the customer organization through the changes that will take place during and following this transition.
