Role: Deskside Support
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Start: ASAP
Salary: Dependant on experience

Job Description:
Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
Understand the process of Installing windows via SCCM & USB
Experience with ITSM Tool (Service Now is preferred)
Basic understanding of Servers, Network Connectivity, Active directory, and O365 System
Should be willing to multitask with System Imaging, installing apps and helping users
Basic understanding of ITIL Process is mandate
Day to Day responsibility
Need to coordinate with Service Desk, Vendor for procurement and Senior IT Managers at the same time
Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications
Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
Explain and document technical issues in ITSM Tool within knowledge base

Full Time Duration: 3 Months
