Our client is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Analyst to join their team in London.

· Has hands on this BigCommerce, Salesforce, Shopify
· Familiar with ecommerce and omnichannel concepts and terminology
· Knowledge of how modern SaaS ecommerce platforms work, including plugins and extensions
· Clear understanding of headless and composable approaches to building an ecommerce platform
· Clear understanding of what core IT concepts mean and do (database, cloud hosting, code and configuration, automation and testing)
· Comfortable working with multiple customers
· Can lead a conversation and talk clients through configuration of the platform
· Experience of working with customers to understand and document business and operational requirements
· Consultative, good listener, insightful analyst when working with clients
· Business savvy, IT literate
· Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
· Pro-active and inquisitive, self-led learner

· Understands an agile project lifecycle
· Has experience with one of BigCommerce, Shopify, commercetools, salesforce commerce cloud, Fabric
· Comfortable discussing complex ideas with senior client stakeholders
· Can be part of the development team to highlight where native functionality is not enough and customisation is required
· Knowledge of best of breed core commerce and content platform SaaS components (CMS, search, payment, frontend technologies and identity management)
