Understand how JavaScript works:
Ø Dynamic typing
Ø Event loop
Ø Async programming
Ø Closures
Ø Inheritance, difference to Java
Ø Differences between different version of JavaScript
Ø DOM / Events

· Typescript:
Ø Understands and can articulate the tradeoffs to JavaScript
Ø Ideally has used it
· CSS:
Ø Basic understanding how styling works

· React/Angular/Vue:
Ø With strong fundamentals not a deal breaker if the candidate does not know the technology. He can easily learn it
Ø Only knowing the framework and not knowing about JavaScript is a strong NO.
