JD Customer Delivery Manager
Location- ONSITE (UK)
· A Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Engineering / good understanding of Telecom & Networks
· Should have managed P&L and Ebitda for large accounts , Greater than $10M ++
· Senior Telecom professional who should have worked with Telecom customer in Networks/OSS area or should have strong experience in managing Telecom customers
· Strong communication and presentation skills .
· Experience in growing business / accounts
· Strong Programme /project management experience and should have managed large programs
· Excellent leadership and customer management skills.
· Strong team management ability .Should have managed teams greater than 100 + people
· Should have a good understanding of BT as an account and preferably worked there or delivered to them
· Thorough understanding of Networks domain including Enterprise Networks
· Skilled in Fixed Line and good understanding of Mobile domain
· Strong capability /experience in IP MPLS , Fiber (FTTx etc )
· Strong understanding /experience of Network planning
· Understanding of Cloud Domain – AWS, Azure, Canonical
· Managing P&L for the account ensuring a healthy Ebitda and ensuring growth through mining
· Ensuring delivery within timeframes, budget and quality
· Managing customer expectation
· Identifying customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context.
· Leading from front managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
· Managing costs effectively
· Ability to farm accounts and grow business, support to Sales /Accounts team
· Manage attrition and team expectation
