Infor M3 Finance Consultant

My client is looking for an Infor M3 Finance Consultant to join their growing team in Europe.

The selected coinsultant will be responsibie for leading one or more project work streams in the implementation of complex, comprehensive solutions across our client base. These roles will build relationships with client staff and leadership to assess their needs through comprehensive data analytics, and implementing solutions using my clients developed tools and methodologies that meet or exceed specified project results. Our staff work with client leaders to solve business problems and maintain the appropriate level of support and momentum throughout the engagement. Our Finance Consultant -Infor M3 should possess a deep understanding of manufacturing and Distribution processes, with a specified area of interest to drive as much immediate value as possible.

Basic Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a project-based operations performance improvement role within a Manufacturing Industry.
Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday).
Work extended hours as necessary.

Specific Skills & Responsibilities Include:

Product Skills
Functional and Product Expertise in Infor/Lawson M3
Experience in Implementing or Supporting M3 Finance product and related modules
Minimum 2 Implementation Project (Preferably with M3 13.3 or 13.4)
Accounting Rules (integration with other modules) configurations
Experience in M3 Accounts Receivable is required
Experience in M3 Accounts Payable is required
Experience in M3 General Ledger is required
Experience with Fixed Assets is required
Group Consolidation and Reporting is preferred
Experience with the Costing Module is preferred
Substantial experience with the different phases of ERP implementation including Discovery, Design, Testing and Go Live Phases of the project

Professional Acumen:
Communicate effectively written and verbal in French and English and appropriately influence various audiences and levels of client management including risks and recommendations to project management.
Plan, organize and prioritize project activities using work plans and other project management tools.
Demonstrate core values as well as a high level of self-awareness to respond to all situations and people with poise, professionalism, and appropriate communications.

Preferred Requirements:

Recent consulting experience in a team-based professional services environment.
Hands on experience with at least 2-4 end to end implementations
Industry experience with focused experience in process reengineering, and project management.
Strong attention to detail and proven data/analytical and process redesign skills (including problem-solving, quantitative reasoning and workflow mapping) to develop analysis and process improvement recommendations to create a solution that drives measurable desired results and maintains client and team satisfaction.
Direct supervisory experience and proven ability to capitalize on a diverse group of professional skills and personalities in a team environment, including coaching, mentorship and performance management.
Excellent written and documentation skills and attention to detail to create and edit internal and client deliverables that are succinct, articulate and meet our professional standards of quality.
Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and ability to accurately gauge others to appropriately guide thinking and behavior, especially in difficult situations.
Appropriately influencing and negotiating with clients and; willingness to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
Exceptional organization and time management skills to manage multiple priorities at once with fast-paced turnaround times.
A flexible mindset to fully understand and integrate consulting methodology with a high level of critical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguous and dynamic circumstances and environments.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and tools.
