We are on the lookout for Integration Support Engineers with the following experience
Must have skill :
Unix/Linux, SQL, SOA/OSB, WebLogic, Cards Domain Experience

Preferred Skills (but not mandatory/ Good to have skills) :
DB – Oracle, GIT, Jira, Confluence, Ticketing System (ServiceNow)

Detailed JD :
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
Handle daily/routine tasks efficiently.
Resolve known job failures at the earliest and escalate them to the Application L3 Team, if could not be resolved according to the agreed procedures.
Deployed multiple applications on WebLogic server and used the WebLogic Server Administration Console to control production-specific deployment details.
Interact with client teams to understand client deployment requests.
Execute deployment plan provided by project manager, Coordinate deployment meetings.
Providing L2 support for applications (Lossi-Integration, Affina Card Manufacturing). Handling day to day incidents.
Install and configure Oracle SOA Suite 12c components in Oracle WebLogic Server domains.
Monitor and manage SOA Components by using the Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control Console to perform administrative tasks.
Tuning and configuring Oracle SOA Suite 12c environment for high availability. SOA upgrades, Patching, End to End Performance Tuning, purging and troubleshooting activities for SOA/Weblogic.
Handle production deployments and changes coming for production.
Provide quick solutions for business adhoc requests.
Using Service now tool for handling incidents, Service Request, Change Task etc.
Coordinating between offshore teams, clients and prioritize the tasks as per urgency or client request.
Understand functional specifications and handle incidents
L2 production support which involves incident and change management
Knowledge on production monitoring tools
Experience in incident management tool like Service Now is must.
Work with development, QA, and project management teams to set release schedules and environments in a dynamic fast-paced manner.
Should be managing, documenting, and enhancing an organization’s software products and implementations.
Facilitating and championing the quick resolution of problems found during the daily build and deployment efforts.
Working closely with the development team to integrate new deployment processes and strategies to meet our feature requirements.
Should be responsible to handle multiple release environment simultaneously.

Preferred background and qualifications:
Bachelor in computer science/Engineering or similar education
Knowledge of Cards domain will be preferred
At least 3 years of work as a Support Engineer in an agile environment
Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
