Job Role IT Service Desk Agent
Location Warsaw, Poland
Type of Hiring Permanent

Must be German (C1) and English speaking

Job Requirements:
Familiarity with organizational change management including end user training
Knowledge of ITIL concepts
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to be respectful and diplomatic at all times
Strong background (at least 3-5 years in experience) in consulting.
Enterprise project management experience with the capability in executing enterprise software deployments. Previously managed large-scale enterprise projects.
Strong written and verbal communication is necessary – ability to manage across diverse domains.

Full Time Duration: 3 Months
