Role: IT Desk Support (L1)
Work: Barcelona

Main responsibilities:
End to end stock management
Knowledge on machine deployment needed (JAMF/Intune/SCCM) and should be able to reinstall the units for the user when necessary (equipment preparation)
Understanding Work from Home Equipment and Related Policies
Carrying out a recycling process (catalog the devices that are out of life and coordinate collection with an external company)
Registering new deliveries and coordinating orders and flagging stock requirements/shortages

We are looking for a person with:
Min. 2 years of experience in IT support role;
Fluent with English and Spanish language both verbal and written;
Experience in working with vendors like Lenovo/Apple/Microsoft and coordinating the repair

Full Time Duration: 3 Months
