Job Title – IT Support Engineer
Project Duration – 31st Dec 2022 – will be extended after the contract is renewed
Salary – 80-90K per annum

Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management.
Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution.
Assist Wireless support team (Specifically for RF Device Handhelds) deployment and troubleshooting.
Assist the site with their Pick To Light System by assisting with troubleshooting system errors/issues.
Helps local hardware support team with checking JDE printers in JDE system.
Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes.
Should be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management).
Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant.
Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage
