Job description: You will join a passionate and talented team in an innovative IT company. We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer Apprentice. You will work with our tech-savvy staff to ensure the smooth running of clients IT equipment and the systems they depend on. Cortec IT provide IT support services to a wide range of SME clients. There is an existing team of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support who provide support across a broad range of customer environments.
Essential skills – technical and people: Energetic and enthusiastic Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent problem-solving skills / adept at providing a workaround Experience of supporting customers remotely Able to work collaboratively within a team environment Adaptable and flexible the candidate will be self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent IT support services Experience required – work or personal.
