Functions of Technical Support
Architecture design review for systems – Siebel/OBIEE, S/4 HANA and surrounding systems
Technical documentation to ensure entire technical stack
NFR consolidation for all of systems
Infrastructure setup support from DC, Servers, OS, DB, middleware, applications
Interface landscape and guideline documentation
IT operation scheme setup and stabilization in post go-live phase
Incident management and communication with IT, IT solution provider of Siebel/OBIEE and S/4 HANA and business office

Skillset of IT Technical Architect
System consists of two applications (Oracle Siebel and SAP S/4 HANA).

Mandatory Qualification and Skills:
Strong Project Management experience (at least 3 years) in IT projects.
Experience of IT system implementation in automotive industry – SAP SD, MM, FI and Oracle Siebel or other ERP package solutions
IT Solution design capability from infrastructure to application layer
IT system integration skill from end to end, H/W to Application level based on OSI reference model, also Process integration with Siebel/SAP and surrounding interface systems including middleware. Meaning, strong IT infrastructure and technical integration skillset in enterprise systems.
Language skill: Japanese native level, English on business level
Problem analysis and presentation skill to support business issues and solution proposal
Facilitation of the discussion and meeting with IT stakeholder and business
Prefer Dealer management system implementation experience or IT Landscape project experience
Scope of work
The scope of work for service provider will be as follow:
Understand system requirements and design – S/4 HANA and DMS Siebel design and revisit for optimization
Create/Maintain Technical Charter – Technical documentation of architecture
Setup Interface guideline document
Transition planning and execution – System cutover, migration, two world operations with prime suppliers of Siebel, SAP and legacy systems
Define the requirement, design and setup environment for Siebel/OBIEE and SAP
Setup IT service operation model and implementation
Drive incident management in post-golive phase for each roll-out and prepare transparency of the incident/Service Request/Change Request for business
Knowledge transfer from predecessor when to start the services(on the same to successor when contract will end)
