Job Description
Shopfloor support candidate who is local to the city of the manufacturing facility is desired, as the candidate needs to work from the customer’s Manufacturing facility.
The candidate must have got the following skillset
Ø Must have have 3 + years of experience working from a manufacturing plant for shopfloor support
Ø Must be able to troubleshoot Zebra printers and fixing issues with them
Ø Must posses the knowledge to troubleshoot the label printing issues
Ø Must be able to change configurations and settings, change physical parts such as ribbon, roller, head, and blades of a printer
Ø Must be able to troubleshoot scanners and fixing issues with them
Ø Must be able to troubleshoot network issues and fixing them
Ø Must possess good communication skills (Oral and Written) in English
Ø Must be able to perform connections between different peripherals in shopfloor
Ø Good to have knowledge with troubleshooting issues with tablets, network routers and switches
Ø Must be able to provide support with installation of new software and fixing desktop issues in shopfloor
Ø Must be flexible with shifts and ready to work overtime (if needed)
