JD: Oracle EBS Program Manager
Oracle EBS Program manager, having experience of working with multiple project managers handling different projects within the program.
Ideal with Oracle EBS Finance Background
Must have experience handling Supply Chain Planning projects
Must be able to manage complex projects and have Agile experience.
Experience of handling project planning, budgeting, and costing.
Min 10 years of work experience including experience of handing Oracle ERP implementation/ deployment/ rollout projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Strong focus on customer management & resolution of issues & conflicts.
B. Tech / BE / MCA / PGDCA / PGDBA having relevant Project Management certifications
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Coordination for timely Implementation of IT projects
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Report and escalate to management as needed
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
