The customer’s IT department
Worldwide, more than 900 employees work at the customer’s IT department. We have 5 data centers: Nantes, Buffalo, Sao Paulo, Hong-Kong and Melbourne.
In France, the IT department is organized around two competence centers located in Nantes and La Défense:
The Infrastructure team (IT): ~ 50 people
The Application Team (IS): ~ 90 people

Mission objectives
Architect Power apps / PLC
Power platform licensing model to be clarified
Support the client in building the service offering around the power platform / organize the opening of the service at no additional cost initially, then define the strategy to be put in place for a wider opening.
Organize and secure the Power apps / PLC platform (Recommendation of best practices, types of environment VS necessary capacity)
Delegation of rights / organization of large-scale support
Implementation of a strategy for new requests by estimating the Risks related to invoicing, the security of the data collected, GDPR ..
Identification and listing of business cases + method sheet + solution template + project support. (ex: generic letterboxes)

Expected deliverables:
Power platform governance document
Listing use case + solution template
Production of exchange documents associated with use cases
Finalization of a form request application under SharePoint list (associated workflow) + Documentation
Creation of SharePoint webparts + documentation
In addition if time and competence:
Teams governance document
OneDrive governance document
Governance document on retention
