Program Director

Our client is looking for a Program Director to join an exciting project in France. This role can be completed onsite, or remote.

The responsibilities of the Program Director are as follows:

Prepared releases and the definition of the scope of each release, in collaboration with the Product Owners of the domain and the Domain Director.
Propose an efficient construction organization, in collaboration with the Estate Manager.
Managed the BUILD on all the subjects of its Digital Solution.
Manage the RUN (monitoring indicators, customer satisfaction) on all the subjects of its Digital Solution in coordination with the cross-functional technical teams.
Ensure the optimization of the construction process (deadlines, quality, costs …).
Ensure that methodological norms and standards (including cybersecurity) are followed
Monitor the budget and the sourcing of resources
Budget: the Program Director must define his budget through the costings made by each BUILD team and negotiate the corresponding commitments.
Ultimately, the Program Director will make the trade-offs in order to develop a budget that the Water Domain Director and the Stream Director, to whom the Digital Solution is attached, must validate
Sourcing: The Program Director must select the resources to integrate into the project.
Manage the governance of the Program (Committee, reporting …)
Ensure that architectural recommendations are followed or that deviations are obtained where applicable.
Ensure compliance with the quality standards in force at Group IS&T (architecture, security, documentation, development, etc.).
Ensure the quality of the work of the Product Owners and that they are satisfactory.
Participate in the satisfaction of users and various stakeholders.
Participate in the communication of the Program and promote the Program.
Promote the implementation of agile.
Ensure the quality of the releases into production, in collaboration with the RUN manager if applicable.
Ensure the delivery of the functionalities that have the most business value in coordination with the Domain Director.
Ensure the deployability (technical and organization) of the products internally and externally and implement the appropriate actions in relation to the Product Owners and the Domain Director.
