Role Objectives:Lead the technology work stream for the strategic forecasting and credit risk initiative
· Contribute to the overall transformation benefits case
· Establish and manage governance within the current transformation framework guidance
· Coordinate with stakeholders across the bank to establish scope, budget, roadmap & solution options and dependencies
· Articulate a technology delivery plan and manage delivery scope and expectations within an agile delivery structure (experience with SAFe an asset)
· Stand up a technology team to deliver agreed work and form cross functional delivery pod(s)
· Represent technology in various governance forums and own associated technology budget
· Ensure timely delivery of key technology artefacts as required to meet overall audit and governance requirements
