You actively participate in the implementation of Bureau Veritas’ new JDE program, in a international and multicultural framework.
This program impacts various departments:
Operations, Finance, Purchasing, HR, Distribution etc …
The PMO carries out missions of structuring and assistance in piloting projects.
The PMO intervenes either directly in a project with the project manager and on behalf of a department for follow-up transversal of the project portfolio.
Your main missions are:
Anticipate onboarding (check-in, grant and manage access to the project management tool, train newcomers in project management tools and methodology)
Create and open new projects in the project management software
Establish, maintain and guarantee project management standards throughout the organization
Facilitate transversal cooperation
Ensure the progress of the tasks to be guaranteed
Track project issues and bugs
Coordinate the versioning and deployment of the core change
Check account assignments and enter time in PPM
Provide weekly reporting with key performance indicators by application
Assist the project director
Support change management
Collect documentation for program auditors
Manage global communication

You are interested in project management and change management issues.You are autonomous, patient and attracted to an international environment.
You are also gifted with an excellent sense of organization and relationships.
You know project management and piloting.
You have the ability to know how to manage priorities and raise alerts in a relevant way.
You have a good command of office tools: Excel, Power Point, Word and other MS Office tools:
Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
Ideally if you have already worked in an IT environment.
