
Our client is looking for an experienced Project manager to join an exciting project in Paris, France.
Conduct scoping workshops with business interlocutors in order to define:
the configuration and the necessary evolutions of the “Field Service” module to meet their needs, respecting the best practices and limits of Salesforce and the operation of this module (i.e. constitute the Product Backlog)interface needs between Salesforce Field Service and the current legacy app
Identify and plan the evolutions to be integrated into the Salesforce Evolution Sprints within the group (3-week cycle), in coordination with the internal teams, and participate in their different phases (framing, collection of needs, drafting of functional specifications, POC, testing, deployment and support)
Support business teams during testing, deployment and change management
Knowledge transfer to internal teams
Level of skills required to ensure the quality of the engagement
You have 2-5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant on the implementation of Salesforce Field Service, ideally with the implementation of the module with several customers with a context of the service world.
You have a solid knowledge of the Field Service module and are familiar with the best practices and limitations of this module.
You have a good knowledge of Salesforce integration models with other apps.
You are autonomous, rigorous and analytical. Comfortable in communication both orally and in writing in French and English.
Fluent English is mandatory (business contacts in the UK and developers in India).
