SAP BASIS Lead Consultant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
BASIS lead consultant shall be expected to provide expert-level consulting, On Time delivery of Systems and Solutions and thereby customer delight. He/she must be able to get the tasks delivered along with the offshore teams and must co-ordinate all activities at Onsite

The knowledge level expectations and the roles that needs be played by the Lead BASIS Consultant role include the following aspects:
Familiar with the Japanese work culture requirements.
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English Language.
Good understanding of the Japanese local legislations and regulations.
Good interpersonal, communication and convincing skills.
Quality review from Content perspective.
Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associates.
Spot Consulting.
Troubleshooting.
Improve solution delivery e.g. reuse, checklists etc..

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Engineering. Masters in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a Reputed University

Work experience:
Experience in Architecting, Sizing and Implementing SAP Solutions including S4HANA, PO, SAP CPI, Solution manager, Business Objects, FIORI for large scale enterprises.
Minimum 3 Enterprises and 1 must be on Cloud Platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP.
Strong Experience on Databases including SAP HANA, Sybase.
Should be able to guide Infrastructure team for provisioning the requirements.
Experience in Integrating SAP environments with Non-SAP systems.
Strong working experience in SSO setup & maintain in Hybrid SAP & Non-SAP Environments.
Strong Experience in Integrating On-Premise Solutions with SAP Cloud Platform solutions with agents, Cloud connector etc.
Strong Experience in Downtime Optimized Upgrades and OS-DB Migrations.
Strong Experience in SAP High Availability and Disaster Recovery Implementations.
SAP Certified Consultant[Netweaver/OS-DB Migration/HANA] is an added advantage.
Strong Experience in ALM of SAP Production Environments.
Proficient in Japanese speaking / writing Business language.
Should be flexible to work to meet project timelines.
