
Functional skills required:
In depth knowledge of CRM business processes in Service.
Experience front ending with the customer in conducting requirements gathering workshops, translate customer business processes into IT Solutions.
Develop detailed blueprint for development requirements.
Experience on scoping and Fine-tuning the SAP C4HANA solution for Service Cloud.
Experience in Key user tools, screen adaptations, business roles, page layouts, validation rules, access & code list restrictions.
Experience in creation or migration of Org structure, Material and customer data using C4C tools or through CPI.
Experience in Service request management, tickets, complaints, contracts, maintenance plans, routing rules, setting up SLA, approvals, notifications, forms, ERMS.
Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP/Hybris and non-SAP systems.
Experience in customizing and tailoring the reports as per customer requirements, create dashboards, KPI & Key figures.
Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment options.
Ability to develop design or solution documents on the business processes and be able to translate the same into deliverables.
Experience in Agile SDLC is a plus.
Use of JIRA for scrum.
Exposure to CPI, Commerce Cloud is a plus.
General Expectations:
Good explore to SAP project life cycle.
Proficiency in Japanese language and fluency in English a MUST.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook), Visio.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Must be having 4 -8 years of SAP C4HANA implementation/Roll out project experience.
Minimum 2 -3 years of domain experience in Service is preferred.
