SAP S/4 HANA PP-PPDS Consultant

Work Experience Requirements:
S/4HANA certification in Manufacturing will be preferred.
Exposure in SAP activate methodology
Should have hands on experience in managing PP module independently and work with customer business teams and project teams effectively.
Conduct various workshop (like solution architecture, Fit to Standard) with the business teams
Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP.
Experience in 2 to 4 end to end implementation projects in designing and configuring the processes in manufacturing- MTS, MTO, ETO,ATO, MRP-Live, Production Execution (Discrete and REM) , LTP, Sales and Operations planning, Capacity planning, ATP, Kanban, batch and serial number management.
Should also know how PP & PPDS processes integrated with SD, MM, FICO, QM & PM modules in S/4HANA.
Knowledge in integrating MES with S/4HANA system.
Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) : Working knowledge of PPDS including production planning algorithms, block planning and detailed scheduling, Capacity planning and sequencing, Characteristic based planning, Alerts, shelf life planning interchangeability and subcontracting.
Deep knowledge in setting up interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Deep integration knowledge with various other modules like Finance, Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Quality management, Extended Warehouse Management and SAP IBP.
Knowledge in CPI-DS and SDI interface is an added advantage.
Knowledge in S/4HANA embedded analytics is an added advantage.
Should have experience in the processes adopted for custom developments (WRICEF), unit testing, function testing, integration testing and Go-live.
Experience in implementing QR code in manufacturing process
Must have expertise in data migration aspects to independently handle migration activities.
Must have expertise in cut over aspects to independently handle dark phase activities.
Knowledge in recognized Quality testing tools and Experience in aATP, DDMRP and ABAP debugging will be a definite advantage
