Support Desk knowledge with Minimum 5 years experience
Native Japanese speaking
Bilingual (Japanese + English)
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Should be able to fluently translate (Japanese to English) – VICEVERSA
Basic SAP knowledge (SD, MM, FI, Authorization modules)
Ability to understand business processes from customer perspective
Ablity to coordiante between Business and support teams
Ability to work with international team environment
Fliexible timings
Qualification:
Graduate
