Role: Scrum Master
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Salary: 20,000 PLN to 24,000 PLN a month

Job Requirements:
Perform project intake and resource alignment for all projects requiring SEA support;
Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
Lead and coordinate projects across Production Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and our clients;
Maintain the SEA Project portfolio in JIRA, ensuring all projects are entered and tracked to completion;
Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary approvals for the project are obtained;
Serve as an effective communicator between key partners, vendors, and other technology teams to support and lead key SEA projects;
Coordinate with partners/stakeholders leads and management team in getting their support for Production Operations programs;
Coordinate with internal Risk and Compliance officers to ensure all new solutions delivered by SEA projects have proper controls for their continued support and operation;
Oversee and administer JIRA and Confluence platform for SEA and Production Operations;
Experience as a scrum master in the digital space;
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement);
Experience in Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban;
Experience using Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (TFS) / Azure DevOps or similar task management tools;
