Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join them and their team in London.
1. 15+ years working in FS industry – at least 7 years as Delivery Manager.
2. Experience working for service companies / consultancies.
3. Originally from a hands-on technical background – familiar with major current technology trends within the FS sector.
4. Deep understanding of modern delivery methodologies including Agile (SCRUM, SAFE, etc).
5. Experience in working with Agile teams across multiple locations including offshore / nearshore.
6. Client stakeholder management experience – governance, risk management on programs of work covering multiple delivery streams.
7. Act as a single point of contact for delivery work streams
8. Participate in new business development, working alongside the Account Manager.
9. Implement best practices and metrics to measure team performance and ensure projects are delivered to these.
10. Manage customer expectations on delivery schedule and build good working relationships with the client.
