Role overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Microsoft D365 Consultant to join our growing D365 team.The Senior D365 Consultant is responsible for planning, designing, delivering and supporting best in class solutions built upon the Microsoft D365 platform. This role is accountable for the technical delivery of projects and requires engagement in the full project lifecycle from presales through to operational handover. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate of innovation with a preference towards using new technology to solve business problems.

Responsibilities
Architecture and Design of Microsoft D365 Solutions including (but not limited to) Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and wider D365 Platform
Client Consultancy and Workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs
Where necessary, implementation of aforementioned D365 Solutions
Supporting D365 Solutions
Consultancy for migrations to D365, best practice and oversight
Delivery of training and client workshops in support of our solutions
Building trusted client relationships
Mentoring and training of team members
Consistent demonstration of high-quality deliverables and communication
Continuous improvement through team initiatives
Accurate time keeping, awareness of commercial budgets and general consultancy good practices
you
Possess an excellent understanding of key components of Microsoft D365
Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader D365 platform
Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture
Experience of designing and leading solutions using Dynamics CRM
Experience of taking overall accountability for client outcomes and direction
Experience of leading project teams in close collaboration with clients
Experience of Data Governance and Information Protection principals
Experience of designing solutions using Microsoft Azure
Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
