Responsibilities
· Architecture and Design of Microsoft 365 Solutions including (but not limited to) Power Platform, SharePoint, MS Teams and wider M365 Platform
· Client Consultancy and Workshops to capture requirements and technical design needs
· Where necessary, implementation of aforementioned M365 Solutions
· Consultancy for migrations to M365, best practice and oversight
· Delivery of training and client workshops in support of our solutions
· Building trusted client relationships
· Mentoring of team members
· Consistent demonstration of high-quality deliverables and communication
· Continuous improvement through team initiatives
· Accurate time keeping, awareness of commercial budgets and general consultancy good practices

About you
· Possess an excellent understanding of key components of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform
· Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities of the broader M365 platform
· Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture
· Experience of designing and leading solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform
· Experience of leading project teams in close collaboration with clients
· Experience of taking overall accountability for client outcomes and direction
· Experience of Data Governance and Information Protection principals
· Experience of designing solutions using Microsoft Azure
· Awareness of project management principals and methodologies
· Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
