Our client is looking for a permanent Senior tester to join their growing development team!
Testing Principles
We would prefer understanding of the following:
Risk Based approach testing and quality assurance
Understanding of various stages of testing
Built-in quality controls, metrics & continuous code quality monitoring (including security)
Entry/exit criteria for various stages of testing
Roles and responsibilities around testing in a multi-partner delivery model
Test environments & test data management
Test management toolset; current, interim and future state
Risk mitigation in a multi-partner delivery model
Reporting & governance
Familiarity of common DevOps practices (e.g. CI/CD pipelines)
Experience
We would prefer the following experience:
Minimum 5 years working as a Test Analyst
Thorough and practical experience of working as a QA and Test Lead
ISTQB®/ISEB Certified Advance Level Test Analyst or equivalent
Office 365/SharePoint experience
Proven experience working in teams practising Agile & DevOps
Data, analytics, business intelligence-based system testing experience
API and microservices-based applications and platforms testing experience
Demonstrable experience of working with third-party suppliers.
Experienced at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience of working in a consultancy environment is an advantage.
