Service Now Developer

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer who understand the complex processing needs of ServiceNow. A candidate should have minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development

Introduction:
We are closely involved in the implementation of ServiceNow projects and planning to migrate legacy system to ServiceNow with Best practice.

Job Description:
· Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform.
· Advanced level of programming with Java Script.
· Strong Experience in REST, SOAP and third-party integration
· Good knowledge and experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client and Server-side script)
· Experience in Flow Designer and Integration Hub
· Experience in Service Catalog development and Workflows.
· Good experience in CMDB, Asset and software Management life cycle, Custom Development, REST API Web Services etc.
· Experience in Scope Application Development
· Understanding with HTML and AngularJS
· Hands on experience in IT Asset Management and CMDB.
· Good understanding of Modules Incident management, Change management, Problem management.
· Service Portal design and intermediate level Configuration experience.
· Managing software licenses (models, entitlements, and metrics)
· A candidate should have good communication and Leadership Skills
· Good understanding in ITIL framework and process
· Advanced level of programming with ServiceNow Application: System Administration & UI development.
· Analysis, documentation, and management of customer requirements according to standardized methods
· Development of customer-specific applications as well as the coding of interfaces for external IT systems
· Experience in MID Server setup and LDAP Integration, Transform map
· Basic understanding of Agile framework
· Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.

Certification:
· ServiceNow : Certified System Administrator – Mandatory
