Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM consultant to join an excuiting project in Sweden.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management Specialist with below expertise:
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
· ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
· Well versed with ServiceNow scripting & Hardware asset request flow
· Good knowledge of Integration with external tools
· Worked on Asset lifecycle, Model, Model category & Hardware model Normalization & Software asset management lifecycle
· Hands-on experience in stockrooms, consumables
· Works on Tracking of software rights and user allocations
· Should be aware of discovery models and software installations
· Worked on Software reconciliation, optimization, and removal
Good to Have
· Exposure on financial aspects of the item purchase, cost, and depreciation of the item
· Experience on Contracts, Maintenance, Warranty, and Licensing tied to the item. (Good to have)
