Job – Siebel Tech Lead
Location – France
Type – 3 Month contract
Must speak French
· Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience in implementing and Supporting Siebel application
· Experience of working in support projects / support organizations would carry added advantage
· With knowledge of working on incidents and Problem tickets
· Contacting users for clarifications
· Issues Resolution
· Root cause analysis
· Should have worked in Client facing roles and must carry good communication skills
· Should have prior experience in understanding and analysing client requirements
· Oracle certification is desired

Experience in
· Implementing, Supporting Siebel applications
· Should have good knowledge of Sales and Service business functions
· Should have in depth knowledge on Siebel Data Model
· Should be skilled in
· Application configuration at the UI, Business and data layer
· Workflows and Scripting
· Application Integration
· Data Validation rules
· Business services
· Should have knowledge of Configuration and scripting best practices
